COREYLEE is the newest DJ to hit the EDM scene. With appearances at the Crystal Bay Resort & Casino in Lake Tahoe and the Golden Nugget Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, CoreyLee has spun his brand of stylized mixes to excited crowds of EDM fans. His recent headliner appearance at The Golden Nugget in Las Vegas caught CoreyLee a lot of buzz, leading the young DJ to a three-month long gig in one of the premier dance clubs in Athens, Greece, starting in 2015.

CoreyLee Garrett is a native to California, having been raised in Santa Clarita. He grew up surrounded by music as his father is an accomplished musician, but CoreyLee never had any formal music training. When CoreyLee was 17, he played drums in a rock band, but his direction in music was beginning to come into focus.

In early 2000, before it became widely popular, CoreyLee became interested in the electronic music coming out of Europe and the way that it was engineered. This interest led him to apply to audio engineering school when he graduated high school. CoreyLee did a one-year apprenticeship at the Recording Connection in Los Angeles and during this time he began to write and produce original songs on the computer. He spins them onstage along with his unique mixes of popular recording artists’ songs and the response has been very explosive to the up-and-coming DJ, who says, “When I’m onstage, I love seeing everyone dance to my music and having a good time. That really excites me.”

CoreyLee is a hands-on producer and songwriter with six  original songs and more in the works. This rising star also has a reality series for television in development about the world of EDM with a Hollywood production company.
